Sign-Upapalooza

There are a whole host of things that you guys need to sign up for:

1) Lock-In
The lock-in begins here at the building at 10:30pm on Friday, September 1. We will then head over to New York Ave. Church of Christ for an evening of fun, games, and fellowship. We will return to Lakeside at 6am Saturday morning. Sign-Up!!!

2) Wrap Up to the Grilling Season/Fireworks
Sign up for WUGS so we can know how much food to buy. We will leave Lakeside at 4:00pm and head to Mesquite, TX for the cookout and fireworks display. Great food and expolsions: You Can't Beat That! Sign Up!!!!

3) One Minute Bible for Students
Sunday is the last day for you to order one of these Bibles for $10.00.

Each one-minute reading includes an application of the Scripture through a devotional, a commentary, a theological word defined in simple terms, a personality profile, or a unique, weird, or humorous fact. All of which will help your students discover and fall in love with God's love letter.

The One-Minute Bible 4 Students moves you through the entire Bible – from Creation to Revelation – in just one year. However, make sure your students understand it is not intended to take the place of the Bible. But it may not be long before your students begin making side trips into the Bible itself to see what came before and what comes after the passage they read on a particular day. You’ll soon find that these quick sips of Scriptural milk will increase your students' appetite for God's meaty Word.
