The deposit for the retreat is due this weekend!!! $20 reserves your spot.

Area Wide Youth Retreat! January 5-7th! We'll be heading to 3 Mountain Retreat (Clifton, TX) for the weekend. We'll be joined by the area youth groups for a weekend of fun, worship, and rest! We will meet at Lakeside at 5:30pm on Jan 5. The trip takes about 2 1/2 hours. 3 Mountain is located in Clifton, TX. Also, we will be eating along the way so bring a few extra dollars to eat with.

Cost: $50 (Please talk to Micheal if you need help in going)

Packing List
- Sheets/sleeping bag
- Bath towel and washcloth
- Flashlight
- Comfy clothes
- Something warm (jacket, etc)
- Bible, pen, journal/blank paper
- Personal CD player/iPod (for private devotional we will give you)

We Are Marshall

Don't Forget
Come to the building Friday morning for lunch and a movie.

We will leave the building at 11am and grab some lunch and watch the new movie We Are Marshall.W he movie begins at 11:15am. We will return to the building afterward.

Lock-In Information

Ok guys! It is only a couple of more days until you're out of school and we get our broomball on!!!

Here is what you need to know:

The lock-in starts at 10pm Friday night.

We will have some pizza and drinks, play some games, and maybe watch a movie.

Then we will head over to the Parks Mall for some broomball action.

After that it is back to the building to watch a movie/play games/chill out until your parents come and get you at 7am Saturday Morning .

The cost is $20 which will cover food, transportation, and broomball.

So many of you have said that you are coming that we had to get something a little bigger than the van. :)

I am super excited about this lock-in. I hope you are too.

Weekend Wrap-Up

Whew! We had a busy weekend. Thank you to everyone who participated in something over the last few days.

Friday
We had a great time at the Stars game even though they played awful. I'm glad that we got to go anyway!!! I'll never forget ZZ Top and the guy with the red beard.

Saturday
Qudoba tasted all the more sweet after we packed 42 garbage bags full of leaves!!!

Thank you to Bri, Carrissa, Dalton, Emily, and Morgan for coming out and working hard. You guys rock!

Sunday
The Chirstmas Party pretty much ruled. Thanks for making it great!

We have ChiAlpha tonight at 7:30pm. See ya there!

Service Project Info.

Don't forget about the service project on Saturday.

We will leave from the building at 9am.

Be sure to bring rakes, gloves, and other tools for light yard work.

We will work for a couple of hours and then we will eat lunch at Qudoba.

We'll return to the building at 1pm

STARS Game This Friday

We will leave the building at 5pm and head to the American Airlines Center for the Stars Vs. Edmenton Oilers.

We should have a lot of fun. Don't miss out!

The cost is 20 dollars at ticket or, or.....

$26 dollars which will include your ticket, a hot dog, and a coke!

I think that's a better deal. Please have your money ready on Sunday so I can purchase tickets on Monday.
